BlueHarvest writes a message to its log and the system log when it deletes files. This logging can be disabled in the app by going to Preferences -> Action Menu -> Advanced -> Logging -> "Log Deletions".

BlueHarvest's log is contained in: ~/Library/Caches/com.zeroonetwenty.BlueHarvest5 (non app store version) or ~/Library/Containers/com.zeroonetwenty.BlueHarvestLite/Data/Library/Caches/com.zeroonetwenty.BlueHarvestLite (app store version). BlueHarvest regularly deletes old logs.

This log never leaves the users Mac and isn't shared in any way.
